These Terms govern your use of the ROUTN iOS app and ROUTN CLUB subscription services.

Eligibility

ROUTN is intended for users aged 16 and older.

If you are under 18, you should use ROUTN only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

The ROUTN service

ROUTN provides fitness planning and tracking features for strength training, running, daily activity and progress.

ROUTN may provide suggested workouts, routes, activity targets and training information.

ROUTN does not guarantee specific fitness, health or performance results.

Health and safety

ROUTN provides general fitness and training information and is not a medical service.

ROUTN does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Exercise involves risk.

You are responsible for choosing exercises, weights, running routes and training intensity appropriate for your experience, physical condition and environment.

If you have a medical condition, injury, symptoms or uncertainty about whether exercise is appropriate for you, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before training.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience warning signs such as severe pain, chest pain, fainting or unusual shortness of breath.

Kettlebell and strength exercises should be performed using appropriate technique, suitable equipment and sufficient space.

Where appropriate, seek qualified coaching or supervision.

ROUTN CLUB subscriptions

ROUTN CLUB is offered through Apple’s App Store as auto-renewable subscriptions.

ROUTN CLUB Monthly

• subscription period: 1 month
• renews automatically unless cancelled
• no introductory free trial

ROUTN CLUB Annual

• subscription period: 1 year
• renews automatically unless cancelled
• eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day introductory free trial
• trial eligibility is determined by Apple and StoreKit

The applicable subscription price is the price displayed by Apple in the App Store or purchase sheet at the time of purchase.

Prices may vary by country or region.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the subscriber’s Apple account before renewal.

If an eligible user starts an introductory free trial for ROUTN CLUB Annual, the subscription converts to the paid annual subscription at the price shown by Apple unless it is cancelled before the trial ends.

Payments and subscription management

Payments, renewals and subscription management are handled by Apple.

ROUTN does not receive your payment card details.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.

ROUTN also provides a Restore Purchases function for eligible previous purchases.

Deleting the ROUTN app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

App Store purchases and refund requests are processed under Apple’s applicable purchase and refund rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• using suitable equipment
• selecting appropriate exercises and weights
• following local road and traffic rules
• checking route suitability
• considering weather and environmental conditions
• remaining aware of your surroundings
• deciding whether a suggested route is appropriate and safe

ROUTN route and café suggestions may be incomplete, unavailable or affected by third-party map data and current real-world conditions.

Do not rely solely on ROUTN navigation where doing so would be unsafe.

Availability and changes

We may improve, update or modify ROUTN features over time.

We aim to keep ROUTN available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Changes to paid services remain subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property and license

The ROUTN app, ROUTN branding, interface, original text, graphics and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

ROUTN grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your own lawful personal use, subject to these Terms and applicable Apple terms.

ROUTN downloaded through Apple’s App Store is also licensed subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless a different valid end-user license agreement is made applicable through the App Store.

You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit ROUTN’s protected content except where permitted by law or with permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, ROUTN is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the app, failure to follow safety guidance, unsuitable exercise selection, unsafe route choices, or circumstances outside ROUTN’s reasonable control.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation and access

Deleting ROUTN does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Subscription cancellation is handled through Apple.

Access may be restricted where required by law or in cases of serious misuse, subject to applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when ROUTN, applicable law or relevant business requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Where required by law, additional notice will be provided.
